Private medical work sits between two references. The public areas are judged against good hotels; the clinical areas are judged against hospital standards. The same schedule has to satisfy both without either half looking borrowed.
Patient rooms carry separate layers for the clinician and the patient: an examination layer at full clinical output, and a low warm layer the patient controls from the bed. They are never on at the same time.
The exterior approach is deliberately dim and warm so that arriving at night does not feel like arriving at an emergency department.
